Emma Thompson!
She’d wear riding outfits and be amazingly sassy! I think she’d pull back on the quirkiness of 11 and be a more… mature and perhaps nurturing kind of Doctor, with a side of a very wicked sense of humor (if Emma’s stories of being roommates with Stephen Fry is anything to go by). I’m not sure how that would work in his character trajectory, but I’d love to see it.
